Buy To Let Mortgages

If you are looking to buy a property to rent out, this is the mortgage that will help do that.  The amount of mortgage possible is normally linked to the rent the property can generate rather than personal income and the percentage deposit does need to be greater than a residential mortgage.  There are lending options for standard tenancies, holiday lets and multiple occupancy homes and this can be in personal names or held through a Limited Company.  Speak to us today and we will talk through the various options based on your individual needs.

Let To Buy Mortgages

If you are looking to move and retain your current residential property which will be rented out on completion, this is the mortgage type for you.  This is commonly used for those looking to release the equity for the deposit on the new property.  The loan to values are similar to buy to let though so we can speak to you about how much equity you may be able to get based on the anticipated rental figure.
